In 1998, Deiser was just another tech company struggling to do its best, but lacking a clear identity, mission, or core values. The company’s DNA, and that of its associates, was focused on doing the best possible work across an overly broad range of activities, some of which overlapped. There were simply too many things in the scope to do well. The rise of Agile methodologies, the arrival of Jira (and Atlassian) at Deiser, and the need to reinvent ourselves as a company amidst the global financial crisis of 2007-2012 showed us the way forward.
