The cluster’s new members define themselves as ” a small consulting, engineering, and training company based in Palma de Mallorca, with years of experience in developing and managing innovation projects .” Their multidisciplinary approach encompasses areas such as management, engineering, industrial design, training, and technology , “offering a wide range of services that provide innovative solutions.”
Specifically, ITC focuses on areas such as project consulting, with the “Application and management of aid and subsidies, drafting and management of projects, quality control and indicators, monitoring and financial and quality reports, the execution of tests and pilots, or coordination.” They are also experts in engineering, design and R&D&I, from “From conceptual design to detailed CAD design and engineering, as well as prototyping and manufacturing with 3D printing, CNC machining, assembly and fitting.” Another of its specialties is training, with a focus on promoting innovation in learning.and entrepreneurship, the design and development of training modules and courses, design thinking, or support for training and education organizations.”
Proposals for real, feasible and profitable projects
ITC has a well-defined strategy that allows the organization to attract project opportunities from the triple helix stakeholders: government, private companies, and public research centers plus universities. This is made possible by an operational structure based at Parc Bit with its own R&D department for project development and execution.
Their interdisciplinary team of experts has participated in a wide range of R&D&I projects (FP7/H2020/HEU, Erasmus+, MED, and CIP-ECO innovation, among others) and has proven experience in business administration, law, design, and engineering, as mentioned earlier, as well as health, education, and training. In fact, regarding this last point, their focus on international markets includes Erasmus+ projects in France, Italy, Germany, Sweden, Romania, and Greece.
